Blandford Estate Residents Voice

Welcome to the BERV website

Blandford Estate in Marylebone comprises 110 flats arranged in four blocks: Mordern House, Lascelles House, Farnham House and Wimborne House.

BERA was set up in the 1970s to represent the interests of the residents on Blandford Estate. All residents – tenants and leaseholders – are eligible to be members of BERA. The Association is run by a Management Committee elected annually by the membership.

More recently, the membership voted to change the association from Blandford Estate Residents Association (BERA) to Blandford Estate Residents Voice (BERV) to be reviewed after one year.
